The Alexander Technique will enhance and improve your performance skills whether you are a professional sports person or just enjoy sporty activities. The Technique will give you a new sense of control of your body and movement and help with muscular flexibility and quality of motion. Many sports people enjoy greatly improved coordination when starting practicing the Alexander Technique. You will feel lighter and stronger. From my own experience it can also be used as part of rehabilitation from surgery and injury to avoid permanent pain from adopting a 'safe mode' posture.
